Who can use SchedYOUall

SchedYOUall is in a closed, invite-only beta. You need an approved account and a Google account to sign in. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for activity under it. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live (at least 18, or the age of majority in your location).

What the service does

You forward event emails to your private SchedYOUall address, or capture events from the web with the browser extension. We read what you send, pull out the event details, and check them against your Google Calendar so you can add or dismiss each one. Nothing lands on your calendar until you choose to add it. The optional calendar panel shows your existing events beside the one you are creating.

Beta: free, and still changing

Everything is free during the beta. Because it is a beta, features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be slow or unavailable at times. We may add paid plans later; if a feature is expected to become paid, we label it in the product. We may also change who has access, or end the beta, at any time.

Check your events — the accuracy limit

SchedYOUall reads events automatically, and automated reading is sometimes wrong: it can misread a date, time, place, or miss an event entirely. That is why we always show you the details and let you edit before anything is added. You are responsible for checking an event is correct before you rely on it. SchedYOUall is a helper, not a guarantee, and is not responsible for a missed or misread appointment.

Your content, and your Google data

What you forward, capture, or type stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the service — reading it, extracting events, checking conflicts, and showing them back to you — as described in our Privacy Policy. SchedYOUall's use of information received from Google APIs follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We only read your calendar to check for conflicts and, when you ask, create the calendar events you choose — nothing else, and we never use your data for advertising.

Using it fairly

Please do not:

• break the law, or send content you do not have the right to send;
• try to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security;
• use it to handle someone else's email or data without their permission; or
• resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Other services we rely on

SchedYOUall runs on top of other providers (for example Google for calendar and sign-in, and the processors listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty, and limits on liability

SchedYOUall is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every event will be read correctly. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SchedYOUall and its founder are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a missed, duplicated, or misread event; and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us for it, which during the beta is zero.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or to protect the service or other people. Some sections — the accuracy limit, fair-use rules, and the liability limits — continue to apply after you stop.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, the change lands here first, in the same plain language, and the effective date at the top changes. If you keep using SchedYOUall after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
