event triage for the over-committed

Everything you're juggling, in one place.

School flyers, work invites, events you see online, volunteer sign-ups, birthday e-cards — forwarded to one private address, turned into clean events, and checked against your real Google Calendar. You just add or dismiss.

Free during beta, no credit card — and it never sees your inbox. Works with a Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace).

Example: a charity 5K flyer, a birthday e-vite, and a work email become a triage list of structured events spanning work, family, and community — each with its date, title, and source, one flagged for a calendar conflict — waiting for a one-click Add or Dismiss.

Reads anything. Checks everything.

Reads whatever you send it.

Image flyers, bulleted lists, e-cards, meeting invites, linked sign-up pages — if it reached you, it comes out a clean, structured event. No retyping, ever.

Checks your real calendar.

Every incoming event is previewed against what's already on your week — kids' soccer, a client call, your volunteer shift — so no double-booking sneaks up on you.

You stay in control.

Nothing touches your calendar without your click. See the original next to the extracted details, fix anything in seconds, and dismiss what you don't need — knowing it was considered, not missed.

Two ways in.

Forward the pile, or capture from anywhere. Either way, it all lands in one clean list.

Forward it

Send any event email to your private address — yourself, or with a Gmail filter you control. Flyers, newsletters, e-cards, meeting invites, all of it.

Capture from anywhere

Add to Chrome

The SchedYOUall for Chrome extension lives in your toolbar, so anything you spot is one gesture from your queue — type it, screenshot it, or right-click an image. And when you schedule on Google Calendar directly, your real week sits alongside the event, so you catch conflicts as you pick the time.

  • Forward an email
  • Type an event
  • Screenshot a flyer
  • Right-click an image
  • Invite guests
  • Add drive time
  • Calendar alongside

Forward the pile. Clear the list.

  1. 01

    Forward

Get your private @in.schedyouall.com address, then forward event emails yourself or with a Gmail filter you control.

  2. 02

    Review

Each email becomes structured events — what, when, where, how much — checked against your live Google Calendar for conflicts.

  3. 03

    Clear the list

Add, open, or dismiss — one click each, the original a click away. A week of events, cleared in a couple of minutes.

It never sees your inbox.

SchedYOUall can't read your email. It only receives the messages you (or a filter you control) forward to your private address — and once you've triaged them, the originals are deleted automatically. Calendar access is the only Google permission it asks for. The receipts are in the privacy policy, written in plain language.

what it gets

Only what you forward. It only reads your calendar to check for conflicts — and only writes when you click Add.

what it never gets

Your inbox, your contacts, or any Google permission beyond calendar.

the money part

Free during beta.

Everything is free while SchedYOUall is in beta. A few features we expect to charge for already wear a future premium tag — free now, likely part of a paid plan down the road — so nothing will surprise you.
